Pay for your missed plan payment

To settle a missed paid plan payment, simply top up your account with enough funds to cover your plan fees. We’ll automatically collect the outstanding plan fee once funds are available.

To locate the plan fees, go to your transaction history and look for 'Plan fees'. Tap the transaction to download an invoice for your fees from the transaction details.

If you do not pay the subscription within 30 days of it being due, we may cancel your subscription and downgrade you to a Standard plan. Read our Paid Plan Terms for more details.
