Need a hand?

If your kid has forgotten their passcode, they'll be able to reset it by scanning a code on your device, just like the first time they signed in.

Make sure the Revolut app and the Revolut — Kids & Teens app are updated to the latest version.

• Select the 'Forgot your passcode?' button below the login details
• Tap 'Start camera'
• Scan the code from the main Revolut app

To find the QR code:

• Go to 'Home' on the bottom menu
• Below your balance, tap Accounts
• Select your kid’s profile
• Tap 'More' or 'Settings'
• Select 'App access for your kid'
• Let your kid scan the code using their mobile phone
