Forgotten passcode for a Kids & Teens account

Resetting your kid’s passcode

If your kid has forgotten their passcode, they'll be able to reset it by scanning a code on your device, just like the first time they signed in.

Make sure your Revolut and Revolut <18 apps are updated to the latest version.

Retrieving a passcode via the Revolut <18 app

  • Select the 'Forgot your passcode?' button below the log-in details
  • Tap 'Start camera'
  • Scan the code from the main Revolut app

To find the QR code:

  • Go to 'Home' on the bottom menu
  • Below your balance, tap 'Accounts'
  • Select your kid’s profile
  • Tap 'More' or 'Settings'
  • Select ‘App access for your kid’
  • Let your child scan the code using their mobile phone
