Fraud and cybercrime reporting to national authorities

If you have been a victim of fraud, your first step should always be to submit a fraud report. Afterwards, use the guidance below to report the incident to the appropriate national authorities.

Spain

  • Report the fraud to the nearest National Police (Policía Nacional) station or via policia.es
  • Contact the Civil Guard (Guardia Civil) at any local station or through guardiacivil.es
  • For digital or cyber fraud cases, you can email the Civil Guard directly at gdt@guardiacivil.org
