Unsupported token or network rejections

Why was my crypto deposit rejected?

Your deposit was rejected because the token and blockchain network combination used is not currently supported by Revolut. To comply with regulatory requirements, the funds will be returned to the original sending address.

Where will my returned funds be sent?

Your funds will be returned to the original wallet address they were sent from. If the deposit was sent from a crypto exchange, you may need to contact the exchange’s support team to help recover or credit the returned funds.

Can I cancel the return?

No — once a deposit is identified as unsupported, the return process starts automatically and cannot be cancelled. This is required to comply with our regulatory obligations.

How long will the return take to complete?

Returns are processed automatically once the deposit is identified as unsupported. Processing times may vary depending on blockchain network conditions and the receiving wallet or exchange.

Not regulated or protected. Value can go down. Taxes may apply on gains.
