Linking my Revolut Business account to Xero

To link your Revolut Business account to Xero, by:

  1. Go to 'Home' screen
  2. Open 'Settings' (on mobile app: click on your profile in the top left corner; on web app: click on cogwheel in the top right)
  3. Select 'Integrations'
  4. Click 'Add' in the 'Accounting' category
  5. Select 'Xero' integration in the Accounting category

Click 'Connect' next to 'Bank Feed' and follow the instructions on-screen

If you’re not on the new app interface:

  1. Go to 'Hub'
  2. Select 'Integrations' tab
  3. Choose 'Xero' and click on 'Get'
  4. Login to your Xero account
  5. Allow Revolut Business to access your Xero data
  6. Select your currency accounts you want to sync to Xero
  7. Click 'Continue' and wait for sync to finish

Once that's done:

  1. Log in to your Xero account
  2. Allow Revolut Business to access your Xero data
  3. Select the currency accounts you want to sync to Xero
  4. Click 'Continue' and wait for sync to finish

You’ll need to refresh your connection to Xero every 60 days.

When your connection expires, reconnect by:

  1. Select 'Integrations'
  2. Choose 'Xero'
  3. Click on 'Reconnect Xero'
