Linking my Revolut Business account to Xero
To link your Revolut Business account to Xero, by:
- Go to 'Home' screen
- Open 'Settings' (on mobile app: click on your profile in the top left corner; on web app: click on cogwheel in the top right)
- Select 'Integrations'
- Click 'Add' in the 'Accounting' category
- Select 'Xero' integration in the Accounting category
Click 'Connect' next to 'Bank Feed' and follow the instructions on-screen
If you’re not on the new app interface:
- Go to 'Hub'
- Select 'Integrations' tab
- Choose 'Xero' and click on 'Get'
- Login to your Xero account
- Allow Revolut Business to access your Xero data
- Select your currency accounts you want to sync to Xero
- Click 'Continue' and wait for sync to finish

Once that's done:
- Log in to your Xero account
- Allow Revolut Business to access your Xero data
- Select the currency accounts you want to sync to Xero
- Click 'Continue' and wait for sync to finish
You’ll need to refresh your connection to Xero every 60 days.
When your connection expires, reconnect by:
- Select 'Integrations'
- Choose 'Xero'
- Click on 'Reconnect Xero'
