Occasionally, we offer customers promotional rates or free trials of our paid plans. If you are eligible, you will be notified. You cannot request a promotional rate or free trial.

How to activate

Visit your notification centre or plan page. If the offer is still present, you can activate it.

Cancellation

If you do not cancel before the promotion/trial period ends or before the 14-day cooling off period ends, whichever is later, you will be enrolled into the plan. Monthly billing fees and break fees for downgrading will apply.
