Was ist Cashback bei kostenpflichtigen Abos?

Cashback is an exclusive feature for Metal and Ultra plan customers, that allows you to make money back from eligible card payments. You can earn this cashback using both physical and virtual cards.

The percentage of cashback you can earn from a transaction depends on where the merchant is based, which may be different from where you were based when you made the payment. For example, if you buy something online from a merchant in another country. Once the payment is complete, you’ll receive your cashback.

Enjoy 0.1% cashback on domestic and 1% on international transactions. Customers in the UK, EEA, and Switzerland earn cashback at a rate of 0.1% in Europe and 1% outside Europe.

A rolling monthly cashback cap applies, and it is the equivalent to the monthly price of your plan.

To check the cap's reset date:

  1. Go to your 'Profile' on the top left of the screen
  2. Tap on 'Your plan' and select 'Cashback earned to date' banner
  3. Select 'Plan Cashback source'

You can earn cashback in one currency only. If you decide to change the currency of your plan cashback, we'll withdraw all funds from the cashback pocket to your main account. After the pocket is emptied, the currency will be changed so you can start earning your plan cashback in your desired currency.

To use the cashback you’ve earned, you'll need to withdraw it from the cashback pocket.
