To download a transfer confirmation in-app:

1. Go to 'Home' on the bottom menu
2. Find the transfer in your transactions list
3. Select the transfer
4. Next to 'Confirmation', tap 'Download'
5. Save or share the PDF

Transfer confirmations will be downloaded in the same language as your app and will include the MT-103 document for international SWIFT transfers. We include all reference numbers possible in the transfer confirmation.

It’s not possible to download a transfer confirmation for failed transfers, or transfers from joint accounts.
