My card isn’t working

If you believe your card is blocked, this could be due to a number of reasons.

First, we recommend checking the status of your card in the app to make sure it’s not inactive:

  1. Go to 'Cards'
  2. Choose your card
  3. If there are any issues, like in relation to identity verification or a frozen card, you’ll see this explained below the card 

If your card is active, it could be that you’ve exceeded your CVV or PIN attempts:

  1. Go to 'Cards'
  2. Choose your card
  3. Select 'Settings' and 'Unblock PIN/CVV'
