I can’t log in on my mobile app

Passcode and password

A passcode is a number combination used to log in to your mobile app. A password is a combination of letters, numbers, and symbols used to log into the web app.

First time login on a new mobile device

  1. Open the Revolut Business app and select 'Log in'
  2. Enter your email address then password
  3. You may be asked for a quick selfie
  4. You’ll receive an email to verify your email address — open that email on the same device and follow the instructions there
  5. Set a new passcode, or enter your passcode if you have logged in from another mobile device before

If you’ve logged in on this mobile device before

  1. Open the Revolut Business app and select 'Log in'
  2. Enter your email address
  3. Enter your passcode
  4. You’ll receive an email to verify your email address — follow the instructions there

If you don’t remember your passcode

  1. Open your mobile app
  2. On the login screen, tap 'Forgot your passcode?'
  3. Enter your email address
  4. You must open the email on the same device to reset your passcode
