Issues adding money with Apple Pay or Google Pay

To check why your Apple Pay or Google Pay deposit was unsuccessful, go to your transactions list, select the failed transaction, tap 'Get help' and select your problem to see the exact reason.

Some of the most common reasons for failed Apple Pay and Google Pay top-ups include:

  • Declined by the bank: Try this method again later. If the issue continues, contact your bank
  • Apple or Google technical issue: Try this method again later. If the issue continues, contact Apple or Google support
  • Check the card: Topping up with a Revolut card isn't supported, so these transactions will be unsuccessful

Make sure that you’ve set up Apple Pay or Google Pay correctly on your device. For more information, check out this FAQ. If a card isn’t supported, it won't appear as an option.
