Revolut <18 Karte

Order a <18 card

In the main Revolut app:

  1. Go to 'Home' on the bottom menu
  2. Tap the card icon in top-right corner and 'Add new'
  3. Select '<18' at the top
  4. Choose an existing <18 account or create a new one
  5. Follow the prompts to complete your order

If your child has already started the Revolut <18 sign-up process, they may have ordered their <18 card, but we'll need your approval before posting it to you. If you ordered a card but haven't received it within the specified timeframe, please let us know.

Controlling your child's spending

You can set monthly spending limits, receive instant notifications for your child's transactions, and freeze the card or adjust security settings if needed.

Set a monthly spending limit

  1. Go to 'Home' on the bottom menu
  2. Under your balance, tap 'Accounts'
  3. Choose your child’s <18 account and scroll to your child's card
  4. Tap 'Settings'
  5. Select 'Spending limit'


Only admin parents or co-parents can access and manage card settings, view PIN details, and manage PIN/CVV tries.

Revolut <18 cards are intended solely for the cardholder named on the card. If you need to access funds from a Revolut <18 account, simply withdraw the money back into your own account.

Spending abroad

Your child can use the Revolut <18 card for purchases, including transactions in foreign currencies. However, unlike adults, <18 account holders can't hold foreign currency balances. Charges for currency exchange and ATM withdrawals may apply if limits are exceeded. For more details, refer to our Revolut <18 T&Cs.

Contactless limit

Our contactless limit may differ depending on your region. If your transaction has been declined due to this limit, you simply need to make a chip and PIN payment to reset it. Check our Revolut <18 T&Cs for more details.
