Was du tun kannst, wenn der Schritt „Einkäufe tätigen“ nicht als abgeschlossen angezeigt wird

In Referrals campaigns, each card payment must be successfully processed to count towards the completion of the campaign steps. Here's what you and your invitee need to know about managing pending card payments and making sure they contribute to your success in the campaign.

What is a pending card payment?

A pending card payment happens when a transaction has been authorised but not yet fully processed. This is typical in card transactions and generally clears within a few business days. In rare cases, a transaction may remain pending for up to 16 days.

Checking the estimated reversal date

To find out when a pending payment is expected to be processed, the invitee should:

  1. Go to 'Home' on the bottom menu of the Revolut app
  2. Under latest transactions, tap 'See all' to see your in-app transactions
  3. Tap the card payment
  4. In the 'Status' section, you'll see the reversal date

Card payment requirements for Referrals campaigns

A card payment must:

  • Not be reverted, cancelled, or failed
  • Be initiated before the campaign deadline, though completion can happen after the deadline

Receiving your reward

Once your card payments are fully processed and verified:

  • Rewards are typically issued within 3–5 days
  • Make sure all payments meet the campaign's specific criteria as outlined in the in-app 'Referrals' section
  • If all payments meet the required criteria, such as the minimum transaction amount and eligible merchant, and are simply pending, the reward will be issued automatically once the payments are completed, even if this happens after the campaign deadline. There's no need to contact us, as the reward will be processed automatically

Why you might not have received your reward yet

  • The payment was still pending after the campaign deadline
  • The payment didn't meet the required criteria, such as the minimum transaction amount or eligible merchant category. To learn about other requirements for the card payment step, read this FAQ
