• You have to complete your identity verification — check if you have any requests in-app
• You don't have enough permissions granted to use the Revolut Terminal — ask your account admin for help
• Your Revolut Terminal is out of battery — connect the charger
• Your terminal's internet connection is unstable. Without an active connection, you won't be able to take payments
