To download a transfer confirmation:

1. Go to 'Home'
2. Next to 'Transactions', click 'See all' and select the relevant transfer
3. Click 'Download'

The transfer confirmation includes:

• Your business name and address
• Your recipient's name and account details
• The date of the transfer
• The transfer amount
• An external payment reference
