A statement of balances is a PDF document you can download in-app that confirms the available funds in your account on a specific date.

Access your statement of balances

1. Go to the 'Home' tab in your Revolut Business app
2. Click your profile icon in the top-left corner
3. Open 'Account & documents'
4. Click 'Statements'
5. Choose 'Statement of balances'
6. Select the date range, and if you want a signed and stamped document
7. Click 'Generate' to download a file or share the statement via email 

Download documents in other languages

Documents are automatically downloaded in the language your web app or mobile device is currently set to.

• Web app: go to 'Settings' → 'App settings' → click 'Language'
• Mobile app: change the language in your device’s settings

Can't access statements

To download statements, you need permissions to manage accounts. Ask your account owner or admin to grant you access.
