What's the identity verification process for team members?

Each team member invited to join the Revolut Business account needs to complete a quick identity verification process. It'll look like this:

  1. The owner or admin of the account invites a colleague in the Team tab in-app (email addresses must not be registered with any other Revolut Business account)
  2. Team member receives an email invitation and accepts the invitation.
  3. The invitee needs to create a login account and fill in some personal details.
  4. To verify their identity, we'll ask for the country of residency, take a picture of ID document, and a selfie. See requirements for identity verification.

The whole process must be completed in a single live session. If you've submitted the incorrect document or other information, it might be easier for the account owner to delete the invited profile in Team tab, and invite the team member again.
