What subscription plans offer the Account Privacy feature?

When is account privacy available?

Account privacy is available only for Grow, Scale & Enterprise plans. If you’re on a Basic plan, you can upgrade to access it.

If you downgrade to a Basic plan, team members with access to specific accounts will lose access to all previously assigned accounts.

How can I restore access after downgrading my plan?

To restore this access, go to 'view and access all accounts and balances' via the 'Team' section in-app. 

However, if you re-upgrade to a Grow, Scale or Enterprise plan, team members' previous access to specific accounts will be restored.

If you downgrade to a Basic plan, team members with access to specific accounts will lose access to all previously assigned accounts.
