Transactions statement
You can download your transactions statement at any time and filter it by transaction type, currency account, status, timeframe, and more.
To download your statement
- Go to 'Home' screen
- Click the three dots '...' and select 'Statements'
- Choose 'Transaction statement'
- Select the accounts, date range, and if you want a signed and stamped document
- Click 'Generate' to download a file or share the statement via email
If you're not on the new app interface:
- Go to the 'Home' tab in your Revolut Business app
- Click your profile icon in the top-left corner and select 'Account & documents'
- Select 'Statements' and 'Account statement'
- Select the accounts, date range, and if you want a signed and stamped document
- Click 'Generate' to download a file or share the statement via email

We highly recommend protecting your statement with a password.
Download documents in other languages
Documents are automatically downloaded in the language your web app or mobile device is currently set to.
Web app: go to 'Settings' → 'Appearance' → select 'Language'.
Mobile app: change the language in your device's settings.
Can't access statements
To download statements, you need permissions to manage accounts. Ask your account owner or admin to grant you access.
