A statement of balances is a PDF document you can download in-app that confirms the available funds in your account on a specific date.

Access your statement of balances

1. Go to 'Home' on the main menu
2. Click the three dots '...' and select 'Statements'
3. Choose 'Statement of balances'
4. Select the accounts and filter by date range, and if you want a signed and stamped document
5. Click 'Generate' to download a file as a PDF or share the statement via email (other formats are not supported)

Download documents in other languages

Documents are automatically downloaded in the language your web app or mobile device is currently set to.

• Web app: go to 'Settings' → 'App settings' → click 'Language'
• Mobile app: change the language in your device's settings

Can't access statements

To download statements, you need permissions to manage accounts. Ask your account owner or admin to grant you access.
