Account confirmation statement

You can download a statement confirming all your currency accounts and account details in-app. This is useful if you need to share your Revolut Business account details or prove your business account to the authorities.

To download your confirmation statement

Go to 'Home' on the main menu
Click the three dots '...' and select 'Statements'
Choose 'Account confirmation'
Select the accounts and filter by date range, and if you want a signed and stamped document
Click 'Generate' to download a file as a PDF or share the statement via email (other formats are not supported)

We highly recommend protecting your statement with a password.

You can also access all statements from 'Settings' → 'Statements'.

Download documents in other languages

Documents are automatically downloaded in the language your web app or mobile device is currently set to.

Web app: go to 'Settings' → 'App settings' → click 'Language'
Mobile app: change the language in your device's settings

Can't access statements

To download statements, you need permissions to manage accounts. Ask your account owner or admin to grant you access.
