Revolut does not charge any fees for setting up scheduled transfers.

Same as a one-time transfer, there are no fees for transfers to other Revolut users, charities, or local transfers. 

An international fee will be charged for transfers to banks located outside your country. Check this FAQ for more information about international fees.
