How do I connect my Revolut Business account to Xero?

Set up Xero integration

To integrate your expenses with Xero:

  • Go to 'Settings' by clicking the cog in the top-right corner
  • Select 'Integrations' on the left menu
  • Under 'Accounting', click 'Add new'
  • Select 'Xero'
  • Next to 'Expenses', click 'Connect'. This will open a new tab to connect to Xero
  • Log in to your Xero account and approve Revolut Business
  • Once connected, the Xero tab will automatically close, and you will see Xero connected on the Revolut Business app.
  • Click 'Expenses' and enable the 'Auto-sync' toggle

Further verifications

To check if your expenses are syncing correctly, go to ‘Integrations’, select ‘Xero’, and select ‘Expenses’. Ensure ‘Auto-Sync’ is on. The text under ‘Auto-Sync’ will show you the last successful sync time. Expenses completed after this time haven’t been exported.
