Need a hand?

Account confirmations provide a confirmation and summary of your Revolut Business account details. They contain the following information:

• Company name
• Registration number
• Registered and operating address
• Account open date
• Account name, details and currency

• Go to 'Home' on the main menu
• Click the three dots '...' and select Statements
• Choose 'Account confirmation'
• Choose the date range. You can't select a date prior to your account open date
• Choose whether you want a signed and stamped document
• Click 'Generate' to download the file or 'Share' to send it via email

Documents are in the language your Revolut Business app is currently set up in the Appearance settings.

To download statements, you need permissions to manage accounts. Ask your account Owner or Admin to grant you access.
