Auto deposits

How to set up auto-deposits

You can set up auto-deposits in your local currency with a saved card, once it has been added to your account for more than 30 days. You can't use credit cards for auto-deposits.

To set up an auto-deposit:

  1. From your home screen, tap 'Add money'
  2. Tap 'Change'
  3. Tap the info icon next to a saved card
  4. Tap 'Add money automatically' (the option won't appear if there's no eligible card available)
  5. Choose the minimum balance to trigger the deposit and how much should be added
  6. Tap 'Save'

If you're already using a card eligible for auto deposits, just tap on the circular blue icon next to 'Add money securely' and skip steps 2,3, and 4 above.

How to manage auto-deposits

  1. From your home screen, tap 'Add money'
  2. Tap 'Change'
  3. Tap the info icon next to a saved card
  4. Tap 'Adjust auto deposit'
  5. Change the settings or select 'Delete' to deactivate auto-deposits

Help with auto-deposits

Deposit is pending, failed, or reverted

If your deposit is pending, failed, or reverted, simply tap the deposit in your Transactions for more details.

Auto-deposit didn't trigger

If your auto-deposit didn't trigger, check if it's still active and set up as expected. Keep in mind, if your base currency balance falls below the auto-deposit threshold after an internal transfer — such as exchanging currencies or adding money to a Pocket — this won't trigger your auto-deposit.

Expired card

If your card is expired, you'll need to delete the card and re-add the card, then wait 30 days before you're able to set up an auto-deposit with the new card details.
