Regardless of a separate Revolut entity or local national branch of Revolut Bank UAB providing financial services to you, your personal data will be collected and processed in accordance with Revolut Customer Privacy Notice. The migration will have no impact on your data subject's rights.
Will I have to provide additional personal data during the migration process?
You may need to provide additional documentation, such as a national ID or information as per the regulatory requirements of the local national branch of Revolut Bank UAB or separate Revolut entity. This is to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations. Any personal data provided during this process will be processed in accordance with Revolut Customer Privacy Notice.
How is my personal information protected?
Physical and technical measures set out in Section 13 of Revolut Customer Privacy Notice will continue to apply after migration to any local national branch of Revolut Bank UAB or separate Revolut entity.
