Account confirmation documents contain the following information:

• Account holder details (name, date of birth, email, address)
• Account status
• Opening date
• Wallet reference
• Bank Identifier Code (BIC)/ Sort Code
• International Bank Account Number (IBAN)/ Account Number for all the accounts

To get the account confirmation:

1. Tap your profile icon in the top-left corner
2. Select 'Documents & statements'
3. Choose 'Personal account'
4. Tap 'Account confirmation'

We don’t issue hard-copy documents or provide stamps on requested documents — all statements and confirmation documents are electronically generated
