Why withdrawing crypto might fail?
There are a few reasons why a crypto withdrawal might fail, the most common are:
- The withdrawal amount exceeded your limit. There are fixed limits on the amount of crypto that can be withdrawn. These limits will be shown in-app when making a withdrawal. If you exceed either the daily or monthly limit, please try withdrawing a smaller amount or wait until the limit resets.
- The crypto address was flagged for additional checks. We perform checks on addresses at multiple stages. If an address is being checked, you won't be able to execute a withdrawal and the address may be disabled as a precaution. However, you'll still be able to see it and will be able to remove it.
- We don't support transfers to some crypto exchanges and addresses hosted on their platforms.
- The transaction may have been dropped by the blockchain because of low fees.
