What Robo-Advisor support is available to me?

During the provision of Robo-Advisor's discretionary portfolio management services, there's typically no interaction between Revolut and customers. However, if you have questions and/or would like to chat with an agent, we offer 24/7 customer support to investors via our in-app chat.

Although Robo-Advisor is a semi-automated tool, we also maintain human oversight to make sure everything's working as expected for Revolut customers.

Our manual involvement is limited to the following:

  • Defining investment strategies;
  • Selecting ETFs for model portfolios;
  • Setting up and updating model portfolio allocations;
  • Carrying out daily rebalancing of model portfolios;
  • Monitoring performance and quality.
