What are the order limits on trading?

The minimum order value on US stocks is $1 (other fees may apply). You can place an order up to a maximum of $100,000 or up to 50,000 shares if they’re worth less than $100,000 in value at any one time.

With our Trading Pro add-on, your order limit is increased up to $1,500,000 on US stocks or €1,500,000 on EU stocks, or up to a maximum of 50,000 shares if they're worth less than $1,500,000 on US stocks or €1,500,000 for EU stocks and ETFs.

For example, you can buy $100,000 worth of a stock and then immediately buy another $100,000 of the same stock. However, if the $100,000 is for less than 50,000 shares each time, you can't buy $101,000 worth of stock, unless you’re subscribed to Trading Pro, which offers higher order limits.
