Refund plan fee policy
In some cases, plan fee will be automatically refunded.
When a plan fee will be refunded automatically:
- If you signed up for a new plan in the last 14 days and haven't used your account, you can switch to a lower-priced plan and receive a refund as a separate transaction. You'll be notified when you check out if you're eligible for this refund.
- When you upgrade to a higher price plan mid-billing cycle, any unused days on your current plan will be refunded instantly. Refunds between monthly enterprise plans are excluded from this. You'll be notified when you check out if you're eligible for this refund.
- If your account was temporarily limited for reasons outside your control, we'll issue a separate refund transaction for the days the account was not fully accessible.

You can downgrade or upgrade your plan in the 'Billing & plan' menu. Our support agents aren't able to process refunds outside of the above cases.
