I did not receive the correct amount of cash from the ATM
Please fill out a chargeback form straight away with all of the details about the ATM, bank, and transaction:
- Go to Payments and select the relevant transaction
- Click Report an issue
- Select the issue
- Raise the request and provide the details
The request should be updated within 2 weeks and if we need any more information, our chargeback team will reach out to you.
