I haven't received my card
Try locating your card
Contact the courier, check your letterbox, reception, or a neighbour to see if they've received the card on your behalf.
Get a replacement card
If you haven't received your card, and it's past the estimated delivery date, you can order a replacement in-app:
- Go to 'Cards'
- Select the relevant card and 'Settings'
- Scroll down and select 'Replace & terminate card permanently'
