Why is my declined card payment not visible in Revolut Business?
If you can’t see a declined card payment in the list of transactions, the merchant or payment method may be the issue. Here are some tips:
1. Switch payment methods
- In person: try chip and PIN, contactless, Apple Pay or Google Pay
- Online: enter details manually or use Apple Pay or Google Pay
2. Use a different card
- See your available cards or create a virtual card
- Add another one of your cards to Apple Pay or Google Pay
