Why is my document not matched to an expense?
Your uploaded file may not match any expenses because:
- The expense has already been submitted and cannot be edited anymore. We only match against non-submitted expenses.
- Sometimes scanning and matching technology isn't 100% accurate. It's always learning, and its accuracy will improve over time.
If the document isn't matched automatically:
- Go to Expenses
- Select unmatched receipt → Match manually
- Select the expense you want to attach the file to.
