How can I change my personal address?
You can change your personal address on our web app only. Here’s how:
- Log in to our web app
- Go to settings (click on your profile in the top left corner)
- Go to ‘Account & documents’
- Choose ‘Personal profile’ and click ‘Personal details’
- Edit your address as needed. Once updated, we'll ask you some questions for security purposes
- We may need additional information to confirm it’s really you, such as a selfie or proof of residency
We’ll review your request within 24 hours and update your address. We’ll let you know if we need any more information from you.
