Manage Expenses members
View who can submit expenses in-app:
- Go to 'Settings'. Web: click the cog in the top-right corner. Mobile: tap your profile icon in the top-left corner
- Go to 'Billing'
- Under 'Add-ons', click on 'Expenses'
You can control team member access by turning expenses permissions on or off from the 'Team' tab:
- Go to 'Team' and click on 'Roles', or select a team member first
- Select the role you want to edit
- Choose 'Expenses' and switch the permission toggle
