Refund a transaction with the POS

You can issue refunds directly from the Revolut POS app. To do so:

  • Go to the 'Orders' section
  • Select the 'Paid' tab
  • Find the order you want to refund and tap the 'Refund' button
  • Confirm the payment to complete the refund

You can only refund using the same payment method used to make the payment.
