When are transactions synchronised to Xero?

Transactions sync periodically throughout the day. Only completed transactions — not pending ones — are synchronised.

Alternatively, you can manually upload transactions to Xero via CSV. To do so:

  • Go to ‘Statements’
  • Select ‘Transaction statements’
  • Apply filters and download a CSV
  • Import the file into Xero. See Xero's website for instructions
