Adding a new Revolut Business to Xero

  1. Go to 'Settings'. Web: click the cog in the top-right corner. Mobile: tap your profile icon in the top-left corner
  2. Access the 'Integrations' sub-menu
  3. In the 'Accounting' category, click 'Add'
  4. Select 'Xero' integration
  5. Click 'Connect' next to 'Bank Feed' and follow the instructions on-screen

If you’re not on the new app interface:

  1. Open your account
  2. Click on the 'Hub'
  3. Go to 'Integrations'
  4. Select Xero and enable the integration

Activate new account in Xero

  1. Log in to your Xero account
  2. Open 'Manage Accounts'
  3. Toggle on the new account to activate it
  4. Choose either an existing Xero account to sync transactions into, or tap 'Will be created'

Transactions from the new account will start syncing starting from the next transaction onwards.
