Cancel, pause, or edit a Direct Debit

How to cancel a Direct Debit

Go to Transfers on the main menu
Click Scheduled or the calendar icon on the top right
Select the Direct Debit you'd like to cancel
Click 'Delete' and follow the instructions

You can't delete a Direct Debit from a previous payment. You can only delete a Direct Debit on an upcoming payment. If a Direct Debit is cancelled, it can only be reinstated by the company it was originally set up with.
