Adding a logo to an invoice
You can add your business logo to your invoices to personalise them and increase brand recognition. To do this:
- Go to Settings. Web: click the cog in the top-right corner. Mobile: tap your profile icon in the top-left corner
- Select Business account and update the logo at top-right corner
Enable logo display
An invoice will display the logo if it's enabled. To double check this, go to 'Merchant', select 'Invoices', and choose 'Settings'. From there, select Invoice templates, choose 'Select or add new template', and select 'Enable Show logo'.
If logo is enabled, it can be viewed in:
- Preview: while creating the invoice
- Email: once the invoice is sent to the customer
- PDF: if the customer downloads the invoice while making the payment
