Cap table requirements
Cap table should list all current shareholders, including natural persons and companies with a percentage of ownership and voting rights held individually.
Cap table needs to be signed by a director, company secretary, or other legal representative mentioned in the registry, or by any other authorised signatory or a notary dated in the last 12 months.
My shareholders are companies
If your company is directly or indirectly owned by one or more companies, the cap table must display the complete shareholding structure all the way down to your company. This includes the individual ultimate beneficial owners and corporate owners of the holding companies.
