Can I cancel an airport lounge pass?
Lounge passes are valid for 12 months and can be used at any of our supported lounges. However, if you still wish to request a refund, you can do so for any passes that were purchased and haven't been redeemed, by following these steps in the Revolut app:
- Go to 'RevPoints' on the bottom menu
- Select Lounges and open the pass you wish to refund
- Tap 'Refund' and then request a refund
- You'll automatically be refunded
Reassigning a pass
A lounge pass can be reassigned to another passenger by following the below steps:
- Go to 'RevPoints' on the bottom menu
- Select Lounges and open the pass you wish to reassign
- Tap 'Edit' and enter the name of the person you want to give the pass to
- Tap 'Confirm' to save the changes
