I'm having difficulty with my airport lounge pass
Presenting your QR code at the airport lounge
- If the lounge has difficulty reading your QR code, give them your 'Pass ID', which is located directly under the QR code on your pass. For guest pass problems, make sure their name is on the pass and you're presenting their unique QR code at the desk
- Make sure that the lounge staff checks you in specifically as a LoungeKey member
- If you're trying to use your pass to enter a specific lounge, but it doesn't appear in the list, that means it's not one of our supported lounges
Individual lounges could also have their own terms, and can refuse entry in case of capacity constraints, repair work, and other valid reasons, even if you have a valid pass.
