I can't add my card to Google Pay
To successfully add your physical or virtual card to Google Pay. Make sure that:
- Your account is fully verified. Cards can't be added without completing the full verification of your account
- Ensure you're using a supported card type. Only Visa and Mastercard are supported
- Your card supports Near Field Communication (NFC) and Host Card Emulation (HCE)
- Your account balance can't be negative
- The card you're trying to add can't be a terminated one
- If your card is frozen, payments will be declined, and it will appear as suspended in Google Pay. To unfreeze your card, go to the cards section in the Revolut app to reactivate it
