For physical card orders, a fee is charged based on your plan, card type, and delivery method. We'll show you all applicable fees in-app before you order. Virtual cards are available at no cost. Paid plan customers can opt to order a card from a lower-tier plan.

• Card fees are a one-time charge for each additional card ordered
• There are no monthly charges for having a physical card
• Special edition cards are available to each plan, upgrading to a higher plan will not decrease the fee for these cards. These cards cannot be provided at no cost
• There are no special or exclusive benefits associated with special edition cards beyond any associated plan benefits

• First Standard card: there is no fee for the card, but delivery fees apply
• First Plus, Premium, Metal, or Ultra card: at no cost, once per 12-month billing cycle. This includes one replacement non-Metal card, and additional Metal cards incur a fee

Additional cards:

• Standard (on standard plan): AUD8.99
• Standard, Plus, and Premium: AUD24.99
• Metal: AUD79.99
• Ultra: AUD99.99
• Special edition: check in-app

Standard customers need to pay for delivery. Standard delivery fees are as follows:

• Local standard untracked: AUD 4.99
• Express tracked: AUD33.99

Plus plan customers get standard delivery at no cost. Premium, Metal, and Ultra customers get express tracked delivery at no cost.

• Standard: AUD7.99 for customisation (if available)
• Plus, Premium, Metal, and Ultra: customisation at no cost (if available)

Replacement fees may apply. While extra cards always incur a cost, replacement cards may also be subject to additional fees depending on the circumstances.
