I have not received my card. When will my card be delivered?
If you haven't received your card, follow these steps:
- Go to 'Cards' section (the card icon in the top right), tap on the card and select 'More details' for an estimated delivery date.
- If the delivery date has passed, select Reorder this card to get a replacement.
To prevent delivery issues, verify your address before ordering.
In the case of issues like an opened envelope, please reorder. Delivery times may extend during holidays.
