Use RevPoints for ordering a card
For physical cards
To use your RevPoints balance when ordering physical cards:
- In the cards section of the app, tap 'Add new' and choose a new physical card
- If you're eligible, you'll see the RevPoints discount you can use on the payment screen
- Choose how many RevPoints you want to redeem, then complete your order
To use RevPoints for a discount on a physical card, you need a balance of at least 280 points. The discount applies to all card, delivery, and customisation fees, if applicable to your plan.
For virtual cards
To unlock virtual card collections with RevPoints:
- In the cards section of the app, tap 'Add new' and choose a new virtual card
- Browse our collections and check the points amount to unlock them
- Once unlocked, you can order any card you like from the collection
