Tapping the 'X' icon in the top-left corner of an ongoing credit card application will save your progress, allowing you to resume at a later time (by tapping 'Resume application'), or cancel (by tapping 'Cancel application'). If you want to cancel an ongoing application from your home screen:

• Go to 'Home' on the bottom menu
• Below your balance, tap 'Accounts'
• Select your credit card application
• On the 'Application in progress' window, tap 'Cancel application'

You can't cancel an application that has already been submitted. Once the review is complete, you'll receive a notification about the outcome. If you receive a credit card offer, you'll be able to decline the offer if you no longer wish to have a credit card.

When you initiate a cancellation, we will provide an indicative payout amount, which includes your full outstanding balance and any interest accrued to date.

This amount may vary if further fees or interest accrue between the time you request closure and the final termination of your account.

Before you proceed, you must ensure there are no pending transactions. Download and save any statements you need for your records.

To cancel your card instantly, tap this link or follow these steps:

• Go to 'Home' on the bottom menu
• Below your balance, tap 'Accounts'
• Select your credit card
• Tap 'Info'
• Tap 'Cancel credit card'

Once cancelled, your card will be automatically removed from all digital wallets, and all transactions will be disabled including recurring payments and Direct Debit. You will receive a confirmation email and a final statement shortly after.

If unsuccessful, this may be because you have pending transactions.
